How it all started...
In the Spring of 2017, Fellowship Church and Ryan & Laura Elliott began to realize that the Lord was calling them to help pursue God's heart for the people of West Knox. With the vision of a church that would see lives transformed, families impacted, and the world reached, the Elliotts picked up their family from Cincinnati, Ohio and joined Fellowship to help create Waters Edge Church (formerly Fellowship Northshore).
They started in January of 2018 with a Pioneer Team of 70 adults and 30 children who began to pray for their community and learn how to live out the mission of the church, and to demonstrate and communicate God’s love to those around them. After 8 months of training, preparation, and prayer, on August 19, 2018 Waters Edge Church held its first public Sunday morning gathering at A.L. Lotts Elementary School.

Our Mission
We exist to demonstrate and communicate God's love to the world.
Since we have been changed by God's love, we know it is our calling to not only show that love to those around us, but to also tell others about it. This is the process of disciple-making - taking what we have learned, sharing it with others, and helping them learn how to share it with others.
